Dr. Fitzgerald has 12 years of experience in K-12 Education and recently decided to expand her interest to Consulting and Coaching. Her clients extend to individuals, businesses and schools. After working in four different School Districts, a Community College, Corporate and Nonprofit Organizations, she has learned firsthand about Rebranding on a Business and Personal Level and believe that others could benefit from her expertise. In regard to schools, she has worked in the Title I Middle/High School, Alternative and the Early College sector.

She is an e-Prove certified observer with Cognia (formally known as AdvancED) and serve on Engagement Review Teams. These teams go into schools to offer Accreditation and Certification along with Improvement Plans to District and School Leaders. Some other capacities Dr. Fitzgerald has worked in are, School Improvement Team member,  District PTA Vice President, VP of Leadership in the Business Division of the Association of Career and Technical Educators, High School Business Finance and Management Educator, District Career Development Coordinator, Middle Grades Reading Remediation and Formative Assessment Coach, Varsity Cheer Coach, and Middle Grades and High School Instructional Facilitator.

She has a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Health Care, a MS in Business Administration with a concentration in Leadership, a Masters in School Administration with K-12 Principal License, and completed her Ed.D. in Educational Leadership.

She has recently become a Consultant because it allows her to join her love for Business and Education together so that she can help people and businesses reach their fullest potential.
